Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage that makes it unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at chamchamandchaki@gmail.com with a description and clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we will either send you a replacement or provide store credit for a future purchase.
Sizing Issues

If we have sent you a wrong size (different from what you ordered), we will send you a replacement in the correct size within 7–12 working days.
