We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing. As each piece is made-to-order, we kindly request you to read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or order cancellations once the order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage that makes it unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at chamchamandchaki@gmail.com with a description and clear photos of the issue.

  • Depending on the situation, we will either send you a replacement or provide store credit for a future purchase.

Sizing Issues

  • If we have sent you a wrong size (different from what you ordered), we will send you a replacement in the correct size within 7–12 working days.

  • This is applicable only if the error is from our end.

Important Notes

  • All our pieces are handcrafted and may have slight variations from images shown on our website or other platforms. This is a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and not considered a defect.

  • The final decision for replacement or compensation rests solely with Chamcham & Chaki.
